1. Volunteer Eligibility: Criteria for becoming a volunteer of the PSI’s The Climb and accessing the training materials. Individuals over the age of 18 in the United States may apply to become a volunteer for The Climb, a program of Postpartum Support International. To become a volunteer of The Climb, you must adhere to all terms of service at all times. The terms of service apply to all in-person and online interactions.
2. Volunteer Code of Conduct: Expectations regarding how volunteers should interact with each other and use the training resources. Postpartum Support International (PSI) does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion(creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, board of directors, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. As a program of PSI, The Climb adheres to all PSI policies.
As a Volunteer of The Climb, you agree to:
3. Intellectual Property: Ownership and permitted use of the training materials provided on the website. The training, documents, images, and ideas shared with you are the exclusive right and property of The Climb and Postpartum Support International. Use of the documents, materials, or concepts outside of the scope of The Climb without the express written permission of The Climb and Postpartum Support International is prohibited.
4. Confidentiality: Expectations regarding the handling of sensitive information. Climb Leader, sponsor, donor, and participant information is considered confidential. No personal information will be shared or distributed outside of the scope of your role as a Climb Leader without written consent.
5. Termination of Volunteer Status: Conditions under which a volunteer’s access to the Climb Leader Hub and training materials may be revoked. Failure to comply with terms of service will result in termination of your role as a volunteer Climb Leader.
